1. Ensure Bluetooth Remote plugin is installed
If you have downloaded the latest version of Vectir, the Bluetooth Remote plugin will be included. A setup item called "Bluetooth Remote" should appear under the Hareware category of Vectir's setup panel.
If the Bluetooth Remote plugin is not installed, please visit the plugin downloads section of the Vectir website to get the latest version of the Bluetooth plugin.
2. Select Bluetooth server COM port
Open the Bluetooth Remote server dialog by double clicking on the "Bluetooth Remote" setup item. The following dialog should now be displayed.
Select the COM port that you selected or created in the previous section. The "Auto-open" checkbox should be checked if you want Vectir to automatically open the selected COM port each time Vectir is run. It is recommended that you leave this setting enabled.
If the COM port was successfully opened, a message should be displayed in the Bluetooth servers activity text box. See below:
If the message "COMx opened" is displayed, where 'x' is the COM port you selected, it means that this COM port is now ready to accept client connections from your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone or device.
