Q: Any practical profiles for Adobe or Autocad Programs?

I plan on using an old Blackberry Curve as a Hotkey Remote for Photoshop work while using a stylus. I've set up a profile to where the trackball sizes up or down and where various keys do certain shortcuts, but I'm interested to see if anyone has created some other practical uses/shortcuts!

If anyone has some suggestions or links to other profiles I'd appreciate it.
